On to the Department of Agriculture!

The public transportation system in Washington D.C. is awesome - clean, fast, efficient, and easy to use! The arches in the subway tunnels are beautiful and the people were helpful and friendly.

The Capitol iron work was beautiful and gave a feeling of quality to the landscapes.

There were constructed lamps at various entrances, some probably held guards back in the day!

It was great to see that the National Park Service is using electric cars for some of their work.

We passed a sculpture garden on the way to the Department of Agriculture. This bird fit right in!

Composting available organic matter on the grounds is admirable!
