Eleanor Stopps of Port Hadlock, Washington stands in front of Mats Mats Bay where she has lived for many years. Eleanor shares her history in a video interview below, in which she describes the 9-year challenge she endured to see Protection Island set aside as a wildlife breeding ground for gulls and other sea birds.
