John Austin, Jefferson County Commissioner, is shown with some of our top 4-H award winners (Record Book and Scrap Book award winners), during the 4-H Awards Ceremony in Jefferson County, Washington held on October 10, 2010. John is a consistent and ardent supporter of 4-H youth programs. We especially appreciate his deep understanding of the important role that 4-H plays for so many youth in Jefferson County - be it through clubs, after school programs, challenge courses, workforce preparation programs, camps, conferences, workshops, international expeditions, and more!
