Dwight Palmer, trustee of the WSU 4-H Foundation, shares about his commitment to 4-H youth development. Dwight was attending the 2007 4-H Forum in Pasco, Washington. He and the 4-H Foundation team were exploring ways to make the work they do more visible to the public. Dwight was filmed as part of an exercise to help the Foundation explore online communication systems as a way to document and celebrate the WSU 4-H Foundation's mission and activities.
