The Rising Stars horse 4-H club from Quilcene completed their first entry in the 2007 Rhody Parade on Saturday! They won the Neighborhood Award and the best Equestrian! Their leader is Shannon Bishop and she put together the unit. In the parade she is riding her horse, Sue, who is a young 31 years old.Photo by Robin Lakenes (Shannon's mom)
